I brought my truck to The Body Shop. And I had superior and I mean superior customer service and the best experience I've had at anybody shop across America. Keith is the man that I dealt with. And he is just the greatest. I can commend him anymore. Then he is the greatest. If I ever need anything done with body word on my truck? I don't care what it is. I don't care where it happens. This is where I'm bringing my truck. If there was a ten star I would give him a ten star

Dealing with Tyler the mobile service tech is great. He has good communication skills, explains the issues with the trucks he is working on. He also goes above and beyond with customer service. He is a very good asset to the company.

All staff here were very personable and worked hard to get my difficult issue handled as quickly as possible. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and they went above and beyond to keep my fridge running so I didn't lose my food. Thanks y'all! I appreciate ya!

Went there right after normal business hours and didn't get in until 7am next morning but they were busy. Once truck was in they had it diagnosed,repaired and out the door in 3 hours. Was pleased with the quality of work and would of gave 5 stars but the ATTITUDE sucked around that place.

Got here at 5:15pm on a Saturday. Says yall close at 5:30. Needed an airbag but your guys inside locked all the doors and refused to answer the phone with me standing out front watching them. On my way out, the guy locking the gate says that they close at 5:00pm and the close time listed online isn't his problem. That kind of attitude earned a first and last from me. There's a dozen other places I can and will buy from.

Super lazy,I don’t understand this place. I spent hope days here and don’t fix it anything in my truck . Communication this warranty absolutely zero , very unprofessional service . Stay away this place

Really bad service charged me $1300.00 for diagnost they told me that driver opened the truck door thts y computer failed the update when we asked other kenworth dealers they said it’s impossible. They really charging alot for hard working people like us. Hope they are ashamed of this.

This is the laziest and worst dealer I have ever been to. Mechanics half as put stuff back together to the point I’ve had parts falling off or just defective work period.
